Our take
These “illegal distance” oversize hybrids are an interesting option if you want maximum forgiveness. The regular flex graphite shaft and oversize head make it easy to launch high. I tried the 4-hybrid (22°) and felt it was very forgiving on off-center hits. But the “illegal” claim is purely marketing—these are USGA conforming to my knowledge. The grip is standard and fine. Build quality is okay for the price, but the headcover is flimsy. For $59.95, they’re a reasonable choice for high-handicappers looking for distance and ease.
